National Tree Planting Day

The Upper Williamsons Creek Landcare Group invites all members of the community to our National Tree Planting day on the 29th of July 2018.  We will be planting indigenous trees to help restore the environment, which will be followed by a BBQ lunch. 

WHEN: Sunday 29th of July 2018 at 10:00am

WHERE: Horsehill Road, Elaine (the road that goes to Narmbool)

COST:   FREE EVENT & BBQ LUNCH SUPPLIED

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING: Yourself, family and friends. Bring appropriate outdoor clothing and personal protective equipment i.e. sturdy or gum boots, hats , leather gloves. Tree planting equipment will be supplied, but if you have a shovel, mallet or tree planter please bring it along.

DIRECTIONS: Turn off the Midland Hwy (A300) onto Horsehill Road, travel down Horsehill Road for approximately 480 metres then enter the farm gate on the right side/western side of the road. You will then need to drive approximately another 400 metres through the paddock to the planting site. Look for the signs.
